Before the day - Planning your wedding

We can provide advice and organise any or all parts of your wedding. The sorts of things we can get involved in are -

• Meet with the couple and any other family that will be involved with the planning.
• Discuss budget and ideas you already have
• Source venues and suppliers for you
• Organise viewings/meetings with suppliers for you
• Oversee all payments and supplier contracts
• Book hotel accommodation for you and your guests
• Attend the wedding rehearsal
• Help you co-ordinate colour schemes and themes
• Advise on marriage legalities
• Keep track of RSVP's and guest numbers
• Liase with the venue and suppliers in the run-up to the day
• Organise photography/videography - ensure they take the photos you want
• Order and collect flowers
• Organise kids' entertainment
• Brief ushers, best man and bridesmaids on their duties
• Write guide book for your guests, with maps, places to stay etc.
• Return hired outfits, cake stands etc.
• Attend and oversee everything on the day so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.
• Design and update your own wedding website, to keep guests informed and display your photographs after the day
