Costs for Planning

We can organise as many or as few aspects of your wedding as you wish, but for any aspects we organise, we charge a fee of 10% of the services provided, subject to a minimum total fee of £150.

For example, if we just find your venue, who charges £3000, and your cake maker, who charges you £300, our fee will be £330.

As we negotiate discounts with suppliers and venues, the overall cost of your wedding (including our fees) could easily be lower than if you did all your organisation yourself, and that's not including all the time and money you would spend on planning and investigations.

Costs for Co-ordinating

For 'on the day' co-ordination for a wedding in Gloucestershire, the fee is £250. Outside of Gloucestershire, there is a travel charge of 30 pence per mile.
